We've been busy around here preparing for the new year. I always hope to have everything set and ready to go January 1 and that just isn't realistic. Fall is typically the busiest time as a portrait photographer and so between business and then the holidays in full swing I end up spending the better part of January getting caught up on business needs and making sure everything is set for a smooth year. This year I will be adding senior photography and will continue to build on my maternity portfolio as well so stay tuned for some specials. I can't believe it's January. All though this is typically a slow time, I am keeping plenty busy with tending to the business side of my photography business and have some great things in store for 2009.

On a side note I bought a $3 bottle of water the other day because I liked the bottle, the water was okay, but the bottle was worth it! Now it holds this lovely flower...
